Build your assessment by first selecting your Assessment Properties and filling out the Assessment Information section. Then, select the "Add Question" button to select your question type and add your response choices. You may save a draft of the assessment at any point. When you are ready to make the assessment available to Veterans, ensure all updates have been saved, and then select the "Publish" button.
